Electrician-Journeyman R&D

Industrial electrician, requires motor control training and experience.  Ability to work from verbal instructions to size and install electrical components for in-house designed equipment or machine modifications.  Experience with 480V 3 Phase power distribution.  Instrumentation experience with temp controls, safety devices, VFD's, PLC's, control circuits, rigid pipe installation, AB/NEC competent.

 

Gang Channel Set-Up & Assembly Operators

1st and 2nd shift.  Must have minimum 1-3 years set-up experience on pierce, bend, lance and roll form Operations.  Must have die and press experience.

 

Nut Form Set Up Operator

1st & 2nd Shift.  Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up and operational experience on a National Cold Nut Former.  Must be able to read Blue Prints & use Micrometers, Calipers and Comparator.  Personal tools required.

 

Cold & Hot Forge Set Up Person - 2nd Shift

Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up experience on Maypress/Komatsu Machines forming Inconel, Waspaloy & A286 materials.  Must be able to read Blue Prints & use Micrometers, Calipers and Comparator.  Personal tools required.

 

Tapping Set Up Operator A

2nd Shift.  Must have 1-3 years minimum set-up and operational experience on automated Tapping machines.  Must be able to read Blue Prints & use Micrometers, Calipers and Comparator.  Good mathematical skills and personal tools required.

 

Trainee positions available

Willing to train individuals with general metal working experience, machine operating experience, good blueprint reading and measuring tool usage skills.

 

Unit Coordinator (1st Shift), Plater A (2nd Shift) & Processor A (2nd Shift)

1st Shift.  Knowledge in the requirements of electro-plating, chemical processes, solid film lubricant application, and mechanical deburring for aerospace applications.  Requires self starter, interpretation of specifications and work instructions, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

 

Davenport Chucker Set up Operator

Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up and operational experience on Davenport Chucker machines.  Must be able to read Blue Prints & use Micrometers, Calipers and Comparator.  Good mathematical skills and personal tools required.

 

Inspection Operator

Must have 2-5 years minimum solid computer skills and set-up / operational experience with Mectron precision inspection machines.

 

Lab Technician

2nd Shift.  Job duties include: Torque testing and Tensile testing, Metallurgical experience preferred.

 

Inspectors

1st and 2nd Shift.  Inspects Aircraft Hardware to print requirements.  3-5 years experience preferred.

 

Project/Design Engineer

An Engineering degree with 5-10 years experience in the fastener industry desired.  Must have excellent communication skills, product and tooling materials knowledge and be proficient in SolidWorks.

 

Processing Supervisor

1st Shift.  Seeking a hands on Supervisor with 3-5 years minimum experience.  Degree preferred.  Must be knowledgeable in electro-plating, chemical processes, solid film lubricant application and mechanical deburring for aerospace applications.

 

Production Scheduler

Must have 1-3 years minimum production scheduling experience.  Must have good communication and organizational skills and must be computer literate.

 

Screw Machinist

Must have 3-5 years minimum set-up and operational experience on Acme or Davenport screw machines.  Exotic hard Metal experience preferred.
